PayPoint partners with easyMobile to offer e-Voucher top-ups
16 June 2006

PayPoint has teamed up with easyMobile to become the first payment collection network to offer easyMobile e-vouchers. This partnership will see PayPoint retailers benefiting from extra mobile top-up sales and high commission rates.

Over 15,000 convenience stores, newsagents, supermarkets and petrol forecourts with PayPoint terminals can now sell e-Voucher top-ups for easyMobile. For every easyMobile e-Voucher sold, PayPoint agents will receive 6% commission.

Previously, easyMobile customers could only top-up online or via the telephone, but now they can top-up wherever they see the PayPoint sign. easyMobile customers are currently being targeted with text messages, emails and newsletters informing that they can now top-up at PayPoint and PayPoint retailers will be receiving point of sale materials to increase in-store awareness.

Mike Igoe, PayPoint Retail Director, said: “We are really excited about this partnership with easyMobile, especially since PayPoint is the first payment collection network to work with them. easyMobile is a brand in high demand with customers and this partnership will make topping up more convenient for them whilst being highly beneficial for our retailers. “
