To win simply top-up £10 or more on your Orange mobile at selected PayPoint outlets.  Text NY plus a space and the REF number from your PayPoint receipt to 60033.  Once your text has been received it will be entered into the prize draw. You can enter every time you top-up £10 or more at selected PayPoint outlets.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Free prize draw open to UK (excluding Northern Ireland) residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoters, agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
2. The promotion begins on 14/04/08 and closes at midnight (GMT) on 11/05/08 (promotion period)
3. To enter via SMS, consumers must during the promotion period:
3.1 Top-up £10 or more on a pay-as-you-go Orange Mobile handset at selected PayPoint outlets within the Greater London and South Wales areas.
3.2 A unique 12 digit REF code will be printed on the PayPoint receipt.
3.3 Text the word NY plus a SPACE then the 12 digit code to 60033.
4. Only one entry per top-up. Each text will count as one entry in the prize draw between 00.00.00 and 23.59.59 GMT of that day. Closing date for SMS entries is 23.59.59 GMT on 11/05/08.
5. The text message will be charged at your standard UK rate. You will receive a confirmation message on entry.
6. There is one prize draw every week. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random, under independent supervision, from all valid entries.
7. If prize winners cannot be contacted for any reason with in 14 days of the winning entry being drawn then a new draw will be made and a new winner chosen.
8. The prize consists of a weekend for two in New York and will include room only accommodation at a hotel specified by the Promoter, economy class return flights from a London area airport. Transfers to and from the airport are not included. The travel arrangements will be made on behalf of the winner and weekends must be taken during the month of October 2008.
9. The result of each prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 10. The winner will be notified by text or telephone within 14 days of the prize draw and will receive further details of their prize by telephone within a further 14 days. 11. An agent of the Promoter will telephone the winners to discuss travel arrangements.
12. The Promoters accepts no responsibility for any entry which, due to a technical error or any other reason, is not delivered or is delayed.
13. Winners may be required to participate in future publicity.
14. £500 cash is an alternative prize.

16. The Promoters will retain entrants’ details for the purposes of administration of the promotion only. The information provided by you will be used by the Promoter for marketing purposes.
