Store of the Quarter awards programme

Collect+ recognise and reward the best stores in the network as 12 regional winners are chosen every three months, with one being named as the overall national Collect+ ‘Store of the Quarter’. The winners are selected based on a number of criteria, including:

✔ parcel volumes

✔ transaction compliance 

✔ and best overall performance in that region for customer satisfaction ratings.

The 12 regional winners receive £250 for providing a brilliant service to their Collect+ customers. The Store of the Quarter winner receives £500 for having the best customer feedback, great compliance and great parcel volume.

What's more, a national ‘Store of the Year’ award is given to the highest scoring regional winner in the preceding 12 months, with a prize value of £1,000 on top of its previous winnings.
