Cash withdrawals with Lloyds, Halifax and Bank of Scotland only

1. Find your nearest PayPoint store using our store locator to make sure they offer the cash withdrawal via card service. Find your nearest store here.

2. Bring your Lloyds, Halifax, Bank of Scotland debit card with you to the store. 

3. The retailer will ask you to insert your debit card and ask you how much cash you would like to withdraw. There is no purchase necessary.

4. The retailer will give you your cash and a receipt as proof of purchase. 

Cash withdrawals and balance enquiries

1. Find your nearest PayPoint store using our store locator to make sure they offer the cash withdrawal and balance enquiry via Counter Cash service. Find your nearest store here.

2. Bring your debit card with you to the store. 

3. Ask the retailer for a cash withdrawal or a balance enquiry. 

4. The retailer will ask you to insert your debit card and ask you how much cash you would like to withdraw. Or if you have asked for a balance enquiry, they will print you a receipt with your balance on. There is no purchase necessary.

5. If you’ve made a cash withdrawal, the retailer will give you your cash, debit card and a receipt as proof of purchase. If you’ve made a balance enquiry, the retailer will give you your debit card and receipt.
